- Copies of "NIE" (Spanish Tax Number). This is an ID Number, now essential to have in Spain.
- Copies of "Residencia" (We can apply for you). Only necessary if you are applying as a Resident.
- Copies of latest 3 months Bank Statements.
- Copy of "Nota Simple" (Property Registration Details).
- Purchase Contract ("Compra-Venta", not always required).
- Saving accounts or assets.
- Proof of income.
